In this 12 week program, we’re going to go over everything to do with overhead pressing, whether you’re trying to max out your log, your axel, your barbell, we will help you from the clean, to the press, to overhead stability to shoulder health and everything in between. As someone who has gone from 140kg max log to 200kg max log in 6 months, I know what it takes to make sure that we get you to a new all-time personal best!
