Team Moose was founded in February 2021 by Strongman and head coach Mitchell Hooper.

 

Mitchell has a Masters in Exercise Physiology and over 5 years’ experience coaching strength athletes ranging from national and international competitors to world record holders.

Strength Coaching

Mitchell offers a range of Coaching options to suit the needs of all strength athletes, ranging from those just starting out in the gym to competitive Strongman and Powerlifting athletes.

Mitchell has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology, an Undergraduate Degree in Human Kinetics and over 6 years postgraduate study in managing performance, injury and recovery. 

Mitchell draws on his clinical expertise as an Exercise Physiologist and demonstrated experience competing and coaching in strength sports to provide a unique service to clients.
